While up on Rocky Butte in Portland, Oregon on Friday, I picked up 163.2125 MHz, N100 conventional P-25 traffic. All encrypted so I don't know who is using this. I noted that I had heard this and 163.6375 MHz active in December of 2006 here in Portland as well.
The frequency is a newer allocation, so I don't have any history on it. It has also been heard active with the same NAC of 100 in Southern California and Washington DC.
Ao anyone hearing 163.2125 MHz active near you?

CBP Provides Air Support over Super Bowl XLV
Nice video presentation highlighting the CBP Office of Air and Marine participation in covering Super Bowl XLV in Arlington, Texas last week:

I was outside the stadium while these shots of the Blackhawk helicopter orbiting the stadium were shot and should have some ground level stills in an upcoming Fed Files column.
