It appears that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is attempting to re-brand themselves to help in their investigations.
THE FED FILES - Welcome to The Fed Files blog! This blog was originally built to support the "Fed Files" column in Monitoring Times magazine. Although the Fed Files, as well as Monitoring Times, ended with the December 2013 issue, this blog continues and is associated with the new federal monitoring column, Federal Wavelengths, in The Spectrum Monitor magazine. DEA Aviation Division
I found some information about the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Aviation Division and what aircraft are used as well as where they operate from.:
http://dcnewsroom.blogspot.com/2023/12/dea-contract-documents-provide-detailed.html
And some additional information on DEA leases for hanger space:

The DEA air assets are often heard using the FLINT call sign. Some sources believe that FLINT stands for FLying INTelligence.
