Over the last couple of years I have heard that the CBP was coordinating and installing new P25 digital gear in the state of Florida.
I just spotted a post on Radio Reference that indicates the Customs and Border Protection radio systems in Florida have finally moved towards the digital domain after being analog for many years:

There are what appear to be some of the new CBP DNET channels in the +170 MHz end of the band, so I will list them as they can be ID'd in the CBP Frequency Update area on the blog main page.
THE FED FILES - Welcome to The Fed Files blog! This blog was originally built to support the "Fed Files" column in Monitoring Times magazine. Although the Fed Files, as well as Monitoring Times, ended with the December 2013 issue, this blog continues and is associated with the new federal monitoring column, Federal Wavelengths, in The Spectrum Monitor magazine. If you would like to make a comment, pass along a tip or frequency you can send it to my email address, chrisparris @ thefedfiles.com
