According to recent postings on Radio Reference, the trunked radio system at Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, Arizona has changed frequencies. The system moved from being in the 400 MHz federal band to the 380 MHz DoD managed spectrum.

The system ID and WACN indicate this is part of the larger US Air Force 3D6 networked trunked system, featuring VHF, UHF and 380 MHz systems. This system also serves multiple military bases in the San Antonio, Texas area:
